Review: Shangri-La Hotel Toronto – Lobby Bar

We recently visited Toronto for the first time.  A friend who lives in Toronto met us for drinks and he recommended that we meet in the Lobby Bar of the Shangri-La Hotel. Wow, we loved this place. The hotel is clearly a luxury property, and the lobby sets your expectations - high ceilings, modern design, sleek fireplaces, comfortable seating, and a vibrant atmosphere. Review: CN Tower – Toronto, Canada

We recently visited Toronto for the first time, and we heard from many people that no trip to Toronto is complete without visit to the CN Tower.  I concur, such a great experience. As we soon found out, there's a lot going on at the CN Tower.  The EdgeWalk allows people to do a tethered walk outside the tower, which my wife and I decided to pass on, but there were a lot of people doing it.  There is also a fine dining restaurant called the 360 Restaurant.  Unfortunately the dining room ... I've had the fortune and pleasure of staying at some of the most beautiful hotel and resort properties in the world.
